Isola for Planula was a complete freestanding desk system designed for Planula. It covered a wide range of performances thanks to the desk, screens and storage combinations which could be freely positioned in an office having no connections between individual workplaces.
At that time I had worked with Norman Foster, Richard Rogers and was influenced by their architecture and in particular by centre Pompidou with it’s concept of services and functions on the outside of the building.
